This Privacy Policy explains what data Wadoozie collects, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to wadoozie.com, the Publishers Center, the Bus Tracker, the docs hub, and every related surface that connects to the Wadoozie ecosystem.

We treat privacy as a default, not a feature. The policy below is written to make our practices specific and verifiable rather than aspirational.

Data controller. Wadoozie is the controller of personal data collected through the platform. For privacy questions, data subject requests, or anything covered in this policy, contact us at support@wadoozie.com.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three categories: information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the platform, and public on-chain data tied to the $WADZ contract.

a. Information You Provide

  • Wallet addresses you connect to the platform
  • Email addresses, when you provide one for updates, support, or account features
  • Content submissions through the Publishers Center, including clips, posts, remixes, and accompanying metadata
  • Messages sent to support, moderation, or community channels

b. Automatically Collected Data

  • Device type, operating system, and browser
  • IP address, used for security, fraud prevention, and aggregate analytics
  • Usage data including pages visited, features used, session duration, and referring source

c. Blockchain Data

  • Public wallet activity associated with the official $WADZ contract at 0x8a730da6d4f483917a53072d9a8e5eef4b105d72
  • On-chain interactions including transfers, fragment claims, publisher payouts, and governance votes
  • Public participation records tied to your wallet, such as recoveries, submissions, and standing

Blockchain data is public by design. It is recorded on Ethereum, accessible to anyone, and not controlled by Wadoozie. Connecting a wallet to the platform links your on-chain activity to your participation in the network — that linkage is what makes the network work.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate the platform, support participation, and protect the network.

  • Providing and improving the platform experience
  • Enabling participation in the Wadoozie network — fragment recoveries, publisher activity, governance, and missions
  • Processing rewards, claims, and participation activity
  • Supporting publisher submissions, review, and payout from the 7% Publisher Rewards pool
  • Verifying eligibility for governance proposals and on-chain votes
  • Monitoring system performance, detecting abuse, and preventing fraud
  • Communicating updates, mission moments, and important notices

We do not sell personal information.

3. Participation & Network Activity

Wadoozie is a participatory network. Some of what users do on the platform is public by design — that visibility is the mechanism that keeps the network accountable.

When you submit content, recover a Signal Fragment, vote on a Treasury proposal, or interact with a node, your activity may appear in:

  • Public leaderboards and standing
  • Activity feeds tied to nodes, missions, and Tour Acts
  • Network progression markers and recovery records
  • Publisher profiles and submission histories
  • On-chain governance records

We display only what is needed to support transparency and the function of the network. Private information — emails, support messages, device data — stays protected and is never surfaced in public-facing features.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, improve performance and usability, and analyze how the platform is used. The full breakdown of cookie types and controls lives in our Cookie Policy.

Cookie Policy

You can manage cookies through your browser, your device settings, or the cookie preference tools surfaced on the site. Disabling certain cookies will affect parts of the platform that depend on them.

5. Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party services that are necessary for it to function:

  • Wallet providers, including MetaMask, WalletConnect, and other supported Web3 wallets
  • Analytics tools that help us understand platform performance
  • Content distribution platforms — social media, streaming, and clipping surfaces — that the Publishers Network operates across
  • Infrastructure providers that host, secure, and serve the platform

These services have their own privacy policies and operate under their own terms. Wadoozie is not responsible for their practices, and we recommend reviewing their policies before using them.

6. Data Security

We protect collected data with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — secure infrastructure, access controls, encryption in transit, and active monitoring for suspicious activity.

No system is fully secure. We work to reduce risk; we cannot eliminate it. If you discover a vulnerability, report it to support@wadoozie.com.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as we are required to retain it under applicable law.

The principle is simple. Operational data tied to active participation is retained while you participate and for a reasonable period after, to support audit and dispute resolution. Support communications are retained to provide continuity of service. Aggregated or de-identified analytics may be retained longer because they no longer identify individuals. Blockchain data — including all on-chain interactions with the $WADZ contract — is permanent and not under our control.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data under laws like the GDPR (EU/UK), the CCPA (California), or comparable regimes elsewhere.

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — request correction of data that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Deletion — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal exceptions
  • Restriction — request that we limit how we process your data
  • Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection — object to specific uses of your data, including direct marketing
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time

We cannot delete or modify on-chain data. Public Ethereum records are permanent and not under our control.

To exercise a right, contact us at support@wadoozie.com. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

Wadoozie is not intended for users under the age of 13. In jurisdictions where the digital consent age is higher — including the European Union, where it can be 16 — Wadoozie is not intended for users below the applicable local threshold.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact support@wadoozie.com and we will delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

The Wadoozie mission spans the United States and, eventually, Europe. Personal data may be transferred to, processed in, or stored in countries outside your own — including jurisdictions with different data protection laws. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use safeguards consistent with applicable law to protect it.

11. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, the network, and the legal landscape evolve. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and meaningful updates will be communicated through official channels.

Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
