The First Signal Fragment Has Been Recovered

Z.E (@zackunknown91) recovered the first physical Signal Fragment in Wadoozie history — a Texas Tier 3 Rare worth 153,750 $WADZ, found along Highway 40 between Albuquerque and Oklahoma City. The recovery protocol is live, verified, and running exactly as designed.

The First Signal Fragment Has Been Recovered

First Fragment Recovery

Texas gave up its first Signal Fragment

We deployed the first Texas node on May 27th. Since then, Wadoozie has moved through New Mexico, Arizona, and into California. Four states activated. Four nodes live. Fragments are entering the field across Act I.

One of them just came back.

Z.E (@zackunknown91) recovered the Texas Tier 3 Rare Signal Fragment #7. 153,750 $WADZ. The first physical Signal Fragment recovery in Wadoozie history.

Not a Common. The Rare.

How the Recovery Happened

Z.E was driving Highway 40 between Albuquerque and Oklahoma City when he pulled up the clue we posted to the Wadoozie X account. He pulled over. He looked. The card was there.

In his own words:

"I was driving from Albuquerque, New Mexico to Oklahoma City, and I happened to be on Highway 40. I decided to look up the sign posted as a clue from the team on their X account. So I gave it a shot to see if it was really there and I found it!"

We have footage. The moment is documented. The recovery is real.

The hunt works like this. The bus moves through a state. The fragments go live. Clues surface through blogs posts and across socials. The window opens and stays open until the fragments are gone or the recovery window closes. You do not have to be a dedicated hunter. You have to be paying attention.

What a Tier 3 Fragment Actually Is

In the lore, a Signal Fragment is not a collectible. It is a piece of the original signal, scattered through the physical world when The Drift fractured The Feed. Each fragment carries a portion of the returning signal and is tied to the node where it fell.

Every state on the tour gets the same allocation: 4 Common, 1 Uncommon, 1 Rare, 1 Legendary. No state gets more. No state gets less. One Rare per node. Forty-eight total across the entire tour.

The tier structure runs off a base unit of 15,375 $WADZ. Common is 1x. Uncommon is 3x. Rare is 10x. Legendary is 30x.

The Texas Rare carried 153,750 $WADZ. What that is worth in dollars scales with the market cap of $WADZ. The formula is price = market cap divided by 1,000,000,000. At $10M market cap, that fragment is approximately $1,538. At $100M, approximately $15,375. At $1B, approximately $153,750. The finder holds all of that upside from the moment of recovery forward.

The wallet is live on-chain. The $WADZ inside it is real and tradeable. What Z.E does with it from here is his call.

How the Recovery Was Verified

Finding the fragment is the first step. Claiming it is the process.

Once Z.E had the card, he submitted a claim ticket in the Wadoozie Discord. A team member picked it up. Verification ran in stages.

First, video and photo proof. Z.E sent footage of the area around the location, walked on camera toward the spot, pulled the scratch-off card out, and showed both sides clearly. That footage establishes the recovery as real and the card as the one that was placed.

Second, the identifier code. Every card has a unique identifier printed on the back. Z.E sent it. The team member confirmed it against the deployment records for that fragment.

Third, the three key phrase words. Under the scratch-off surface are three words, part of the seed phrase that unlocks the fragment wallet. Z.E scratched and sent them.

Once we confirmed the phrase matched the deployment record, we sent three words back.

His three plus our three form the first half of the complete seed phrase. The remaining six are retrieved through the Wadoozie site on the Fragments section. All twelve words unlock the fragment wallet, preloaded with the $WADZ for that tier.

We then deleted and concealed the three words Z.E submitted. The record is closed on our end. The wallet belongs to the finder.

That is the full recovery protocol. It runs the same way for every physical fragment recovered on the tour, Common through Legendary. The steps do not change. The wallet does not transfer until every stage clears.

Where Things Stand

We are in San Diego. Act I is in its final state.

Four nodes have gone live. Twenty-eight fragments entered the field. One has come back.

Texas still has four Common, one Uncommon, and the Legendary in play. The Texas Legendary carries 461,250 $WADZ and has not been touched. New Mexico's Legendary is live. Arizona's Legendary is live. California's Legendary entered the field when San Diego activated.

Right now there are four Legendaries in the field simultaneously. One per active state. At $100M market cap, each is worth approximately $46,125. At $1B, approximately $461,250.

If you are in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, or California, the clues are live. Follow the stream, the node page, and the social channels covering each activation.

If You Are Not In An Active State

You do not have to be near a physical location to participate.

The online pool is open. 240 fragments are distributed through digital missions, primarily through daily posts on wadoozie.com, where fragments are hidden via tiered puzzle, QR, or steganographic methods that resolve to a 3-word secret. Solve the puzzle. Submit the three words in #open-a-ticket on Discord. Verified recoveries are paid from the SIGNAL_FRAGMENTS multi-sig.

The online pool runs the same tier structure as the physical pool. That includes 12 Tier 4 Legendary fragments at 461,250 $WADZ each. The largest prizes in the system are accessible without being in any specific state.

The two pools are not separate hunts. They are the same recovery running through different surfaces. When The Drift fractured The Feed, some pieces of the signal settled into physical locations and some lodged in the digital layer. The physical hunt reaches the fragments that fell into states. The online missions reach the ones that fell into the network itself.

What This Recovery Means

One fragment down. The rest of the field is open.

The recovery protocol works. Verification holds. The wallet delivered. Everything laid out in the litepaper and the fragment mechanics posts ran exactly as described, on a highway in Texas, with footage attached.

The signal is returning, one recovery at a time.

Track the live node map at wadoozie.com/map. Full fragment mechanics in §6 of the Litepaper. Submit claims in #open-a-ticket on Discord. Follow @wadoozie for clues as each new node activates.
